Return & Refund Policy
Do Contemporary deals in unique and limited edition fine art objects. For this reason we cannot accept any returns on goods unless they are returned in a pristine condition.
Do Contemporary takes the utmost care to ensure that the artwork is protected, both in storage, during shipment, and when packaging the artworks for shipping. Do Contemporary has no control over the artwork once it is handed over to the courier, and therefore cannot accept liability for the artwork once it leaves our premises. Damage that occurs to the artwork be due to the courier negligence or the client's handling is out of our control, and therefore we cannot accept responsibility in this regard. Damaged returns will not be accepted, as the artwork is no longer viable for resell.
Refunds can only be processed after inspection of the artwork and confirmation of pristine condition. Refunds are processed less a 10% administration fee and any additional costs incurred. All costs relating to the refund will be discussed with the client in writing.
